Over 10+ years and 200 clients later, I’ve built a coaching system grounded in structure, clarity, and real transformation — not burnout.

When I first joined the gym, I was unsure, intimidated, and honestly overwhelmed after signing up on an anytime sale day. After completing a free consult with Kieran I was still unsure if a personal trainer was what I was after but Kieran continued to be a friendly face in the gym and ready to answer question and support as I needed and eventually I became a client of KMPT.

Fast forward to today I’ve lost 30kg, dropped from a 2XL sometimes 3XL to a large and built muscle I never thought I’d have. The difference between who I was when I first became a client to now is night and day and I feel confident physically and mentally about my progress. What used to be a body I hid is now one I’m proud of and I no longer feel the need to make excuses on why I can’t go the beach, pool or any activity that requires showing my body with friends and feel like I’ve regain control of my life.
