When I first joined the gym, I was unsure, intimidated, and honestly overwhelmed after signing up on an anytime sale day. After completing a free consult with Kieran I was still unsure if a personal trainer was what I was after but Kieran continued to be a friendly face in the gym and ready to answer question and support as I needed and eventually I became a client of KMPT.
